Placement Team


Under the rightful leadership of the Management, the team strives at achieving the following objectives:

  • To identify the Skill gap of the students and train them so that they meet the expectations of the prospective employers.
  • To support and help the students in all possible ways so that they get placed in a company that will give them opportunities for growth and development.

Placement Division

ACET aspires to provide its students the best in their life. In this respect, the college houses a well-qualified and highly experienced Placement and Training Team, under the capable administration of the principal, which aims at providing placement and training services to the students. The dynamic placement cell serves as the foundation for many careers by guiding students in the right direction through continuous training, counseling and arranging campus recruitments .This cell creates a meticulous database and assists the students in getting placed in national & multinational companies through campus recruitments.

Placement Division Activities

  • Identification of prospective recruiters based on the parameters such as the learning opportunities that the organization could provide to our students, Salary Package that they offer and prospects of long term career growth.
  • Contacting the prospective recruiters and analyze the expectation of those recruiters from their employees.
  • Creating awareness amongst the students about the Industry Expectations.
  • Organizing On-Campus and Off-Campus placement drives and facilitating the process of recruitment.

Aishwarya College of Engineering & Technology is an institution that has impeccable belief and trust in the effectiveness of training programmes which has the potential to enhance the Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Behavior of the individuals.

Our Traning Methodology

The decision on the choice of intervention techniques is purely based on the Pre Training Analysis report. A series of Pre Training Assessments will be administered to each and every individual students and will be mapped on the skill-will matrix. The students will then be coached, guided, mentored, supported or trained depending on the needs of the students. In order to measure the training effectiveness the students will also be subjected to a series of Post Training Assessment after completion of each of the training module.

Training Modules

The training modules are developed by skilled content developers. The sessions are structured in such a way that the participation of the students is given as much importance as the participation of the facilitator in the session. Adult Learning Methodologies are incorporated in the demeanor of the Training Structure.
